I am in need of some tips to get motivated to get back into shape. I just had my daughter 10 weeks ago and I keep asking myself when is the rest of this weight gonna come off (as im eating a whole bag of chips) for the most part I do eat healthy lots of greens for sure. I just cant seem to have the energy or desire to work out or just tone up. I keep putting my body off thinking everything else is more important. What can I do to stick it in my head that my body is just as or more important than dishes and house work?

Thank you so much. I only have 10 more pounds to loose to get bavk to.wher I was but I have only needed to loose the last 10 since she was about 2 weeks old. I will totally write down a plan. I think having it on paper and in front of me everyday I will be more motivated to do it.

Where can I find your "getting started" discussion?, I'm new to this site and apart from having my daughter 15months ago and trying off an on and not really keeping the motivation up or the weight off. Please help.
