BodyRock.tv is a great place to start for those who don't have a lot of time ( most work outs under 15 minutes) and need to be at home ( like new mommies - i.e. ME!) but I'm doing this workout from BodyBuilding.com - http://www.itsourlittlefamily.com/post-baby-workout/
I can do it when my little man is sleeping or in his jumperoo and he giggles and laughs at me while I'm doing it. I'm doing Weight Watchers for eating which is always my issue. I just choose the wrong things! But my goal is to lose 25lbs! I'm back to pre-baby weight but want to get lower. As soon as little man sleeps harder he'll be out with me in the stroller, training for a half-marathon. I can't wait for cooler weather.
Best of Luck Ladies. I won't let myself buy anything PUG or otherwise until I'm down at least 6 inches in my waist and have reached my goal weight of 175!
