I have a Black Vamp in 2X, and I'm 46in bust, 33in waist, 46in hips. The fabric definitely has give and maybe just the tiniest smidgen of stretch. The straps are adjustable, too. I've heard different colors/prints fit differently, though. I found it to be tighter around my torso than expected, especially since my waist is smaller then the 2X measurement; but in my case I think that's because I have a short torso and wide hips, so my hips take up some of the slack. Even though the top is fairly short, it reaches the top of my hips. People with longer torsos may not experience this. Also, even though the top fits to my waist, I can tell there is still some room, so with the give it probably does accommodate a larger waist. I think it would fit a slightly larger bust yet, too. I still have to wear a bra, though, as I don't find it supportive enough to go bra-less.

Um, I don't feel like I gave you a real great idea... I'd hate to lead you astray... I feel like it's hard when people have different body shapes to give a good recommendation. I like my top, but I feel like it looks different on me than on the other people I've seen in it, for some reason. :/

i had the vamp dress in tiger print and like all the bengaline dresses, it does have some stretch. i would say you could probably get an addition 1.5 inches out of it. it fits VERY tight under the breasts, almost like a corset, so you'll probably need help getting it zipped up, i did! but once it was on, it was gorgeous! i wore a maidenform long leg body briefer under it and it was really a fabulous dress which makes the curves look kickin'. i ended up selling it, though, 'cause after wearing it once, i realized i really would have nowhere to ever wear it again and it was too fabulous to leave in my closet. i am definitely going to get a vamp top, though!

Vamp top, I am a 47 inch chest 38f/ff, waist 33/34 hips 48 and I wear a 2x top.  You don't have to wear a bra but it is totally possible with the way the top is cut.  It is pretty fitted and I don't know if the waist would go to39?, It does have some extra room on me, but not a whole lot, I have a very lond toro and it hits at the hips.

I recently bought the Vamp in Tiger print.  My measurements are 47-37/38-46.  Because I had to buy it online (I live in NY), and was relying largely on the fabric being similar to that of the Ginger dress, I was worried that I would wind up either returning it or selling it on here.  Luckily, I was not exactly wrong.  It does indeed have some stretch (but it IS a pain to zip the first time you put it on), although the bust is so constructed that it doesn't have as much give as the rest of the shirt.
The ultimate result, and I will post a picture for you, is that this top is tight fitting but not uncomfortable.  I can wear it with or without a bra (an unpadded one!), although I don't like bras so I choose not to wear one haha.  In the first picture I am not wearing a bra, and in the second I am wearing a cotton wire-free from Lane Bryant.  I don't live far enough away that a return would be annoying, but the gamble is up to you.  

I like it, and the more I wear it the more it grows on me.
