Hi, Gwen! Yes, it does run small. The medium does fit me, but it fits me snug and I work in a conservative office. It hurts to have to sell this dress, but I know I'll only wear it for special occasions and I need a more versatile wardrobe. I would prefer this dress in a size large so I could wear it to the office, even thought the medium does fit me. I bought this dress brand new off ebay and only tried it on for five minutes before realizing I couldn't wear this to the office. Still has the original tags on it. It's a gorgeous dress.
