"Old school" PUG

I've been buying from PUG since 2010 and have acquired many items since my first order. I also occasionally pick up items on ebay and love to find discontinued items if I can. I recently picked up this Dorothy dress in new condition for $20 on ebay! Can't wait til it arrives.

I also got the Deadly Dames babydoll dress in NWT condition for $50 on ebay!


I would love to hear what "old school PUG" other people have - either from second hand purchasing or from being a customer for many years. It would be great to see some of the styles we are not so familiar with!

I usually search the following terms: PUG, pinup couture, pinupgirl clothing, dixiefried, deadly dames or if I'm willing to trawl- rockabilly/ wiggle dress/ pinup dress have got me the best bargains because they're in there amongst thousands of other items. Sometimes I think people don't realise PUG is a sought after label if they've bought the dress at a boutique and just list it as rockabilly etc. I even found a Deadly dames dress at my local op shop (Aus word for thrift store) for $10 but I'm a Small and it was an XL so I thought it might be too much of a size difference to alter. I still regret not just snapping it up and passing it on to a friend.

I had lusted and so wanted the Deadly Dames babydoll dress in Leopard Print and FINALLY last month I was able to find one on ebay in my size (2X)..........and the zipper broke. so once it's been fixed and the weather warms again I'll get to wear it :)
