I really miss being thinner.

100kg is too much for my 173cm and I'm tired, both of looking this way and tired of how much my pain have increased.

Now my measurements are 110-84-115 (inches: 43-33-45). As best ther where 100-65-105 (inches: 39-25-41). I would like that but with bigger boobs haha!

But me and my boyfriend is signing up to weightwatchers online this weekend (we have to wait for cash) och I will start doing some exercises!

I really hope I'll suceed this time, but I think it's a bigger chans when both me and my boyfriend is doing it at the same time and the weight watchers online tools are great!

Wish me luck!

Kisses

P.s. If you have any tips for diet och exercise I would be happy to recieve them!

exercise in the morning, (take up yoga, go for walks, go swimming <3) keep fruit and dried fruit handy for a snack, and cut out as much pasta/cheese as possible (coming from the girl who has to gain weight LOL)

Good Luck!

I am on weight watchers and I have lost 42 lbs (sorry, I don't know what that is in kg). I love the plan and its super easy to follow. My one bit of advice is that you find some exercise stuff that you like to do. If you don't like to run, don't. For me its walking and swimming. If you every need any encouragement just PM me.

I wish you nothing but the best of luck. I know from experience that sustained weight loss is a real every day challenge but it can be done, and it sounds like you have a real loving partner who will support you through it, and it's really great that you have a goal size too. Good luck!

I'd definitely talk to your family doctor first to make sure that any ideas you have are healthy and won't effect any pre-existing conditions that you might have. It's unlikely but it's always better to be safe just in case.

For me with my weight loss the biggest factor was working more physical activity into my daily routine, a big part of which was my love of Tahitian Dancing that taught me how to make beautiful motions and dances with my hips while controlling my stomach and upper body. It's completely changed my life and if you're interested I highly recommend it :)

hey. I'd definetly recomend you start including weights into your routine. Building up some muscle makes your body more efficient at burning calories and helps tone you up- giving you a great butt and thighs! (dont worry you wont bulk up like a man_

After my second pregnancy, I got stuck with about the same weight as you (220lbs; I'm 5'9", so also about the same height). I finally also started Weight Watchers, and brought my weight down to the 160s (it fluctuates a bit now, because I no longer adhere strictly to WW — I really should get back on it). When I stick to it, I lose about 1-2lbs. per week.

WW is great, but in truth, the most effective part of it were the meetings... I don't much enjoy going to them, but there is something about attending them that helped me "stay honest" (and they did provide good ideas for keeping on track).

I was breastfeeding when I started WW (which helps, because that gives you a higher "points" budget), and after the weight loss, my breasts definitely lost volume and perkiness. I'm not sure whether weight loss or breastfeeding itself is to "blame" (both, probably), but I got "mommy make-over" surgery a few years later (implants, tummy tuck, and spot lipo) to make up for it.

Good luck to both of you.

I found when I did WW online that I tended to lose weight better when I started my day with a glass of water, I also seemed not need snacks so much.  (in winter I would have my water hot rather than cold.   Its also nice hot or cold with a slice of lemon in it if you are not a big fan of unflavoured water.  Its definitely easier if you are both on it together.  My hubby and I both did it at the same time.  Makes meal times much simpler.  Make sure you use herbs & spices etc to flavour the food - otherwise it can make it seem hard work.  We put a tsp of sweet chilli sauce on our sandwiches for lunch - tends to give the lettuce etc a bit more of a zing and it barley registers with your points allowance.

Good luck

Good job taking the steps to get healthy, I have lost about 50 lbs over the last year.  I feel so much better about myself and just better in general.  I have more energy, I don't rely on caffeine anymore to get me through the day.  Drink lots of water, excercise as much as possible (even walking instead of driving if you have a choice is awesome), watch portoin sizes.  I haven't "given up" any foods I love, but I do limit my portions.  Its so good that you and your boyfriend are doing it together, that will really help to keep you both motivated.  It also allows for you to change your lifestyle, my husband and I stopped drinking alcohol and do more physical activities for dates.

Stick with it!
