Hello dolls!

So I recently purchased the Luscious dress in Navy and the Tiki Twist in red & orange, the dresses arrived yesterday. I nearly passed out from the awesomeness of both dresses. I immediately slipped into the Luscious dress (size 2X) and let me tell you, this dress is faboosh! The dress is super comfy, feels like a jersey knit fabric. The dress fits in the waist nicely, the neckline plunges a bit but holds the lady lumps in quite well. This dress can be dressed up or down, I plan on wearing it with red low top chucks. This dress is a must have, get on it ladies and purchase one! :)

Next, I slipped into the Tiki dress (size 2X)and was sad that it did not fit my body type. I have large hips and lots of junk in my trunk. The back does have elastic which helps to fit any bust size, the straps are adjustable, and the tulip shape really gives the dress a nice look. Too bad my hips are too wide for the dress because the color is really gorgeous. Needless to say, I have opted to return the Tiki dress to purchase another Luscious dress.

Do you have any pics of the Luscious? I'm so torn since the Mira mint photos have all been lurvely, but I think she may not be as...work appropriate as navy Octavio, but I haven't seen as many photos of that one to persuade me...

Sarah,

Sorry no pics yet, I just got the dress yesterday. I can say this about the dress, it can truly be dressed up or down, depending on which shoes you choose to wear. Also, if you plan on wearing the dress to work you may need to pin the top so the girls don't spill out. I may be getting the mint as well, still undecided. The navy dress is fantastic, super comfy, and totally work appropriate (just pin the top a bit). Everyone should jump on the Luscious dresses, they fit and look good on every body type.

Awesome! One more question - how full is the skirt? I go out dancing fairly frequently and am always looking for dresses that can double duty with a great spin. Would a petticoat fit underneath and/or would it twirl very well, do you think? :)

Sarah,

Because of the material of the dress, I don't believe that a petticoat would work well with it, but you never know. The dress is not a full swing but because of the material, it has a bit of a twirl in it. I think this would work well for a night out of dancing, however, it is not a full swing dress.

Slip on a pair of red heels and this dress is ready for a night out! Throw on chucks and the dress is ready for a picnic in the park. This dress is versatile for work, night out, or hanging out. I am going to order the other colors as well soon.

Cool, thanks so much for the input :)

Seriously, the Luscious is so comfortable!!! Glad you like it! Sarah, I have it in a Large and the pic of me in it is under fan-photos. You can search under Large or Luscious :) Still gotta get your own pic up tho Christina, bet you look great!

I will add to the praise for the luscious dress! I also got the navy, and I also just LOVE it. I am particularly busty and this dress looks spectacular without looking trashy. The advice to "order up if you are between sizes" is important for the waist measurement, but not for the bust measurement. The midriff is quite snug, to the point that it is almost a struggle to get it down over my chest! But that makes it actually rather supportive, which is rare in a knit dress. I wore it out running errands the other day, and felt comfortable and gorgeous, and got a TON of compliments.
