Too bad the Gia is sold out, that would have been a great dress. If it were me, I'd want something with a more plunging neckline to mimic Cruella's halter dress, without getting too literal. You could also go Man Trap dress, Monica dress, Vamp dress, or Ava dress, with an On the Dot cardigan on top (since June is really hot for a coat).

Makeup I would go more 1930s, and highlight the dickens out of your check bones.
