I have always been a fan of pinup AND Pinup Girl Clothing! As a little girl with a songstress mother I always had a deep love and fascination with old movies and starlets but was a punk rock tomboy growing up. When I discovered the art of transforming into a glamour girl, vixen or classic beauty my life was never the same. Being able to create and mold myself into something intriguing & mysterious has become quite addicting as I was never a girly girl growing up! I never have to stop playing dress up :)
I'm not sure how I was "discovered" by Pinup Girl, but I will always remember being smitten by Micheline and the PUG style when I won the INK N IRON Pinup constest! Her large floral headpeice and baby pink & powder blue Malibu Tiki dress had me a smitten kitten and gave me the smile to win the contest!
Some of my favorite pieces include the Deadly dames cigarette pants, vamp top and vamp dresses. Whenever I put these pieces on I feel like the best combination of me... sexy and rebellious! Rawrrrrr! But I can't wait to get my hands on the three piece matador outfit that I modeled for the Spanish inspired capsule collection! It includes the Laura Byrnes high waisted pants, the Pinup Couture long line boned bustier and matador bolero! Seriously drool worthy!
