YES! heels kill my feet. I only wear them if i MUST and then I take them off half way through the night :O shhh don't tell :)

Oh I wore heels during the actual contest, but when we were standing around waiting (there was a LOT of that...it wasn't entirely a streamlined event because it was the very first time they had done this!) I was NOT going to be wearing heels. I brought my flats for the downtime and I'm glad I did so.

My mom was worried through that I wouldn't show up in pictures or the pictures I took with the group every time we were photographed would make me look bad but fortunately for me I was up against shorter people because as you can see from the pic nobody is towering over me, haha. And I'm NOT tall at all...
