How did you find the sizing? Is there a bit of room/excess material on the waistband for the buttons to be resewn?

Kay Dean, just looked at the skirt with Ref to moving the buttons. You would be able to do this if you were intending on making the waist band smaller but there isnt much room to move the buttons if you were to make the waist band bigger. There are two buttons and you COULD only use the largest one but then you would have a gap in the waist....hope this makes sense...

if you look at my review I have posted a pic of the skirt where you can see the buttons so it should give you some idea of whether you can move them around.

I ended up placing an order today for the black skirt and went up a size as i'm just a tad over the waist measurement. I figured it's easier to take something in than out, plus it'd give me an idea how the sizing goes once the victorian rose print comes out. And maybe the red later on :)

hahah yeah wise decision with ordering up on this one am glad I was able to help. Your going to love it.. and I too have my eye on the Rose print one...but I am thinking I might hold off until that J'adore dress comes out....so many choices so little cash...*sigh*

I know!! the 20% off discount was worth it... but I wish it came with free shipping too. Oh well... better than nothing, I guess :p
