HI! sorry for delay! cross chest is 19", waist is 17" length is 39"- and there is a non-stretch lining but outside is amazing stretch cavnas. just a little too tight on the bust or i would keep it!  and let me know where you are so i can calculate shipping. thank you!

oh, also, just saw your comment about shipping... have you tried the padded flat rate envelopes? only $6, and they easily fit every dress I've tried. just a tip if you plan to do lots of selling :)
