Also, Is the belt lost, or did you just not want to include it? Is there any way you would consider parting with the belt if you still have it? Many thanks for your reply in advance.

I am sorry wish I could, I had let someone borrow the belt and was never returned back :(

Do you remember what kind of belt it was? Satin. Leather. Plastic. Velvet. Etc?
