Hi All! Just wondering...it was recommended that I wear a post-prenancy band to help constrict my stomach back to where it was but right after the baby was born, I tried it and it killed my back. Its…Continue

Amazingly enough my post baby body ( 4 months now) looks the same as my pre-baby body except my boobs have gone from a 38DD/DDD to a 38I. Needless to say being a pumping mama is difficult to dress…Continue

I was just thinking of a group like this!  I have 2 amazing boys 4 yrs old and 14 months, and I just went back to work full time.  I love doing my Pin Up Style for work, but I sometimes find it hard to get my hair done in time.  I am luck my hubby is home right now so I can take a little bit of time to get ready, but when he's not I have to get up quite early in the morning.  Plus I would like to be able to have something quick and easy for the weekends as well.

I have tried the bandana, but they always seems to slip off all the time.  Any ideas ladies?

I've been trying to figure out some quick and simple hair styles as well. I have a 13 month old and have go just enough time to do my make-up but not hardly enough to do most hairstyles I'd like to before heading into work.

Hi

I have a 2 year old boy and a 9 month girl, if I don't have time to do my hair I just throw it up in a bandana like the Rosie. But I mostly do a pincurl set befor I go to bed and then get up befor my babies wake up (I'm super lucky they sleep til I wake them up) and do my hair then.

Hi all! I'm a proud Mama to two little men, 4 1/2 and 3. It took me quite some time to figure out how to manage looking good and taking care of them, especially now that I'm back to work full time. There are days that I don't rise to the challenge but overall I'm starting to find my flow. I will say hair is my downfall also. I have thick hair which has a mind of it's own. I try to do a pincurl set before bed every night, but sometimes don't have the hour plus that it takes....on those days I'll throw my hair into a french braid to give it some wave and body in the AM. My saving grace is kitten ears. Kitten ears and if my hair is particularly bad a snood.

Hi all! Thanks so much for joining. I figured I wasn't the only one in this situation. I have a 16 month old daughter and I've been trying to get back in shape and look somewhat presentable in the meantime. I usually do my hair in a bouffant with a scarf around it and just do my makeup (which I have got down to <10 mins now haha) and sometimes I'll do a few rolls at the front but usually I can't wear earrings or hair accessories because Miss Grabby will want to pull on them. Most of my clothes are too small around the waist (depressing!) and so most days I've been wearing pencil skirts with stretch, a cute top and flats, I'd love to hear any tips. I have a couple of dresses that I can wear and I had some birthday money so I bought myself some Dangerous Dames tiger print cigarette pants as motivation to get exercising! :)

Exactly what Voodoo Bettie said about trying to look presentable covered in baby goop, Miss Grabby and hair in a scarf!...I think I could really use this group, if only to remind myself to try and get up the energy to try looking good despite the urge to slap on sweats and throw the hair in a bun!

Trayce!!! Try pinning them with bobby pins on the sides.

I will posting maybe tomorrow some easy hair tutorials on vintage hair...if you guys would like to see :)
