Soooo,

I just recently put in a pretty big order off the website for some new dresses in my smaller size. I have always been either 2xl or xl. I have been losing weight this past year and decided it was time to treat myself to some new outfits. I took my measurements and ended up ordering mediums. Yesterday, my order came and I'm sad to see they are all about 2 inches too small for me! They all fit me perfectly everywhere except the "waist." The thing is, for whatever reason, the waist area of the dresses are not around my waist, but at the bottom part of my ribcage. When I measured for waist size, I measured my actual waist area. The bottom of my ribcage is bigger than the part I measured.

So now I'm worried that they will not exchange all the dresses for a larger size. I bought three dresses and a skirt, and only just now noticed that there is a caveat on the return policy that says only one exchange per order. I just got the package yesterday, and all the dresses are in the original bags with tags still on.

Does anyone know if they'll let me exchange all the items for the appropriate size? I don't want anything different, all the same exact pieces. i wish I'd knows that it wasn't my waist I needed to measure but my ribcage area.  I don't know what I'll do if I can't exchange them, because my ribs can't exactly get smaller....   :(

Anyone else ever have this happen?

The policy means one exchange per item, not order. For example, you can return the "Sailor Dress" in 2X for a XL. Once you get the XL, policy states it cannot be returned any additional times for another size. If you have other items in the order, they can still be exchanged for another size.

I'll review the copy on the site for clarity and make some adjustments.

You can always contact customer support via Live Chat, phones or the ticket system and they'll make sure to get your questions and concerns addressed.

Thank you so much for the clarification! I already feel so ridiculous for measuring wrong. I really appreciate you clarifying the policy for me! I was pretty upset that I might have made a very expensive undo-able mistake! I put in a ticket through email yesterday night, but can't do live chat because of the weekend. :)
