I need HELP with my Erica Dress

I just received my Erica in Yellow Rose Print dress and its way to long for me. I am 5'2" and I need to get the dress altered. Any idea were they can actually do a good job with the alteration in the San Fernando Valley? I purchased the Erica dress in Vintage Rose about one month ago and took it to my regular alteration place to my horror they ruined it! I hadnt even worn it yet and I don't like the way the dress looks like anymore. It's just now sitting in my closet with the tags attached looking ugly.

The place I took my Vintage Rose Erica dress cut half the dress to make it shorter that way he would leave the fan slit that it has, but by doing this there is a hem line in the middle of the dress where he cut it and its very noticeable. It looks awful.

I cried when I saw the dress. I go get all my alterations to this place which happens to be my dry cleaners as well and never had a problem, but this one was a disaster of a job. I asked them if they were sure they can do the work and they said yes and all they did was ruin the beautiful dress. I don't know what to do with the dress anymore. The place is called Pyramid Cleaners in Van Nuys. Agueda I didnt find a Alteration Express in Beverly Hills but found one in West Hollywood ... Is that the one you were suggesting?
