Do u think like fire baton or hoop baton twirling could be worked into a routine? I actually twirled for 12 years and never thought about doing it again
In my opinion, YES!
Here in Atlanta, one of the girls in my acting class was searching for a majorette's baton, to use as a prop in the twirler monologue from "Talking With". She hunted all over Atlanta, and could not find a baton for sale. In the Deep South, no less!
My point being - I think it will be a fresh and exciting skill to bring back, and if you dramatically execute your routine, you'd have an eager audience.
Thank you for your opinion I truely appriciate it. I am thinking I will have to start practicing now :) and just FYI if anyone ever needs a baton star baton company I think is still around. That used to be where I got all my batons. :)
