We went to all three 1940's Ball events last year (1940's Ball, Tiki Ball, White Christmas Ball) and had a really great time at each one. The 1940's Ball is definitely the biggest event with TONS of settings for photo ops.

I already bought our tickets for this year's 1940's Ball and sprung for VIP seats this time. It sounds like they've ironed out some of the issues from last year - super long lines for parking and drinks and not enough dance space. Even with those issues, it was a fantastic time.

If you opt for the Tiki Ball, I'd recommend staying the night at the Harvest House. The drinks were super expensive (although strong!) and the lines were really long for them. The food the hotel had was pretty awful, so I'd recommend eating somewhere else before hand.
