Hey guys! Here's a question for you with the Academy Awards coming up this weekend.
It's Oscar night, you've been nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress, or Best Makeup and Hairstyling, or Best Visual Effects or even Best Documentary and you've just pulled up to the red carpet in your stretched limousine With your best friend/partner/significant other on your arm, you step out of the limo to a flash of lights and crush of swooning onlookers, leaving them all breathless as you stun them in your incredible PUG provided.... what?
My question for all of you is what PUG would you wear on to the red carpet at the Academy Awards? For me, I'm going with the Ava Dress in Teal. It's classic Hollywood glamour at it's best.
So don't be shy and feel free to let us all know what PUG you'd want the world to see you in on Oscar night :)
I think I'd just go with basic black. It always looks elegant and sexy. I'd wear the black Deadly Dames vamp top with a black Dixiefried perfect pencil skirt.. like this http://www.pinupgirlstyle.com/photo/black-deadly-dames-vamp-top-leo... only without the belt. I'd look for some red satin heels to wear with it along with maybe a leopard purse of some sort. Red lips to ;)
Love it Brandi! That's such a great look for the red carpet! ;)
Kind of a Christina look, don't ya think ;)
I definitely agree! ;)
If I go in the future I'll wear that black dress with the gold musical notes that's coming out this year.
The dress I liked the best by far was Halley Berry's. There weren't too many others that I loved. The girl who tripped on the stairs had a gorgeous gown. I have to admit, the only film I saw out of all the nominees was the short animation, Guacamole. It's very good. It's on youtube. It's very short, if you haven't seen it. :)
I'll have to look them all up later to see to which ones you are referring. I'm so not with it that I don't know some of these actresses. Katheryn Zeta Jones was fab in her Chicago number!!!!!
I didn't think bridal when I saw that gown. I used to be in a show for 7 summers where I wore turn of the century gowns, 1890s, gold rush times, you know. Many bridal gowns are based on those styles.
Gotta run. Have a great day.
I loved Michelle Obama's dress as well.
Jessica Chastain did look lovely as you said.
