Show and Tell - Your Significant Other or Others

  Hey Ladies,

  I feel like so often we get to know one another a little here online but not well enough. A Vintage page I am apart of on Facebook did this and it was really fun!

  Your significant other can be your partner, your husband, your wife, your boyfriend, your girlfriend, your children, your pets whatever it is share it! Tell us how you met or got this significant other, why they are so special and how do they deal with your fashion obsession with PUG and Pinup related goodies.

  I will start with mine. 

 This is Josh.

 We met at a Horror Convention over 2 years ago, his Blue eyes and bone structure got my attention. Though I obviously scared him because I literally had to wave him down and go talk to him as every time I would get close to him he would run off. It was hilarious and I still tease him about it to this day. We totally hit it off and it was a whirl wind relationship with its ups and downs, break ups and make ups. We are still together today and he is my best friend. 

  People often think we are brother and sister because we are built the same, have dark hair, light eyes, cheek bones and big lips, but we aren't... maybe we are just a tad narcissistic. We are both artists and have a passion for film, so he understands my obsession with fashion and clothes. Though he finds it hard to deal with how much stuff I have, and how little I get rid of things. I have an entire room dedicated to my clothing, design and make-up that he helped me paint, so I would say he is supportive. 

  We are currently engaged, with no date since weddings are expensive and we both have to save. This is my significant other, until we finally get a dog ;).

This is my husband Michael we met two years ago and have been married one year. We have an amazing daughter together , there was no fairytale meet up to this story. But when he is home every moment is fantastic. He thinks i am funny for wanting to buy so many fashion items. I just can't help myself. He totally supports me and my dreams as do i support his. When he is away a PUG item helps me feel a wee bit better ;p.

We got married in the Little Church of the West.  I've been telling him that I want to save up for another dress and do it all over again!

@Charity Laster This is going to sound super creepy. But i was there the day you got married! My friend was getting married and my fiance and I watched you and your hubby take your pics. I remember because we were talking about how cute you were dressed and I wanted to ask you where you got your dress but he told me it would be tacky to ask . Crazy!

This is my significant other Robbie.  We met around five years ago and had both just gotten out of relationships.  We went on a few dates but nothing happened as circumstances took me travelling to Australia for 6 months, that turned into a year.  We talked around once a week, nothing too serious as we both saw other people.

When I got back it was like we had never been apart.  It was so exciting and fun.  Kissing again, holding hands, being together.  Four years later and here we are!  Living together, dressing up in fancy dress all too often and madly in love <3

this is my significant other, i say he's my life partner i dont know what else to call him! boyfriend sounds too casual and we aren't married or engaged lol.  We met online, and I knew right after meeting him that he was perfect! im so lucky to have someone who loves me and accepts me, quirks and all.  he's a good man, a great dad, my prince charming! im glad to have found the man i'm going to spend the rest of my life with, and it doesn't hurt that he's good looking too ;)
