I thought that maybe we could all post our holiday photos here. We can see some great pics and hopefully share some wonderful greetings. And I must tell you that I got this idea from a new PUG member, Kim Cota. Her holiday pic is just so great. And I know that there must be a lot of great holiday pics by lots of you dolls. So please post some!
I took this pic at The Workman Home a turn of the century California Rancho in the LA area. They decorate the grounds in a very festive way. And I thought that I could put together a festive holiday accented outfit. The dress I had just bought a week ago at the Stop Staring Warehouse sale. Oh and the sweater clip is an eBay purchase. I have just gone head over heels for them and they are a relatively inexpensive vintage item to buy. I have bought a few now and most were under $10.
I hope all of you PUG dolls have a wonderful holiday season. No matter which holidays you do or don't celebrate, I hope that this is a great time for you. And I hope you all have a very beautiful New Year. I am so thankful that I found this group a few months ago. It has become very special to me.
Great thread. Here is our holiday photo. :)
Fantastic photo. You two look so great.
And Amber, if you want to actually post the pic to your comment, just click the box next to the link box and then get the pic from your computer.
Come on everyone. Show us how you have dressed this holiday season.
Well sadly I had to work all Christmas Eve and Day so I didn't get the chance to dress up in my favourite PUG. I'll be dressed to the nines for New Years Eve though so I'll definitely be sharing those pics as long as New Years isn't too late for Holidays Pics :)
Thanks for starting the thread Aoife!
Tahitia, yes please post your NYE pics here.
I'm already holding my breath knowing how great you will look.
You know what? I have seen sweater clips in old photos and in old movies/TV shows. But I don't think I ever saw one in person. Well maybe when I was a small child I may have seen them, but I would not have paid attention to these things when I was that young. But as my knowledge of vintage fashion grew I learned about those little fashion accessories. But I could never find them at any of the antique or vintage stores that I frequent. So I had to resort to eBay. I bought two of them for the two wonderful employees at the Hollywood store of What Katie Did. And I gave them as Christmas presents. And of course I had to get a few for myself. Stay tuned for more!
I am glad that you are feeling better. No matter what, I will be expecting some great photos from you in the near future.
Here's my holiday dress!
