Derby is a tough sport. What do you do to train for peak performance?
I do a lot of running for endurance, and weight training to help me out with strengthening my core! I also really like doing HIIT intervals for endurance too. When it comes to jamming, the best exercises to get me ready are: high knees, alternating between super fast sprints and jogging/walking, squats with weights, donkey kicks, and skater jumps.
