Does anyone know where to get black spiky heels like the ones the model Christina Wu Saldana is wearing in this photo? I want some tht wrap around the feet all scrappy and spiky looking but I don't have that much money. any ideas where I can get something like this?

I know the style is pretty in-fashion ( have a similar pair actually) but I would suggest that you either look on eBay but keep in mind that the quality might not be awesome. A department store might have them as well. I got mine from a shoe store in Europe though so.... good luck finding them!

Amazon or Zappos.com, maybe even Payless should have something similar this time of year.  Good luck on your shoe hunt!

If you have  Dots store near you, they might have something similar. A few years back they had these (almost) exact shoes in red with a cork sole/heel. 
Their shoe section is usually pretty up to speed.
