So last night I decided to look online at a big UK chain clothing retailer who has a store near to me. I need/want a "proper" coat for summer - something that will work with skirts & dresses on cooler days, and for work (I leave the house just after 6am, so it's usually cool at that time of day for at least another month or so).
The website loaded, and as I hovered over the 'women' menu and looked for 'coats & jackets' my eyes came to rest on a heading that read '£10 dresses'.
Now, I'm severely lacking in the "day dress" department, and thought that this link might hold a couple of potential additions, so my brain went "Oooh, £10 dresses!", as I clicked on it. It loaded, and after looking at the selection my next thought was: "why did fashion decide that 'dress' meant shapeless and huge; I'm so glad I have PUG in my life".
Now I just have to cross my fingers & toes and hope that I'm successful at the job interview I have coming up in a week and a half, meaning that I get a pay rise and can afford to buy more PUG, more often! Although I'm not really doing too badly this year, having placed two orders already (note to self, I must remember to get a new battery for the remote shutter release for my camera...).
