I ordered from Rowena (retro-glam is their online store). They still don't have an exact date when the Red Floral Heidi will be released, but from what I know from Rowena is they are the only North American re-seller of the dress. I haven't even seen PUG comment on it!

I can vouch for Rowena- I ordered a Red Heidi, and the Ruby Heidi with Cream Bow from them when I was introduced to their site/shop by the Red Floral Heidi posts, I got my dresses very quickly- I am in Canada- 2 provinces over from Alberta in Manitoba, so I'm not sure how long it would take for an item to get to the US, Canada Post can be exceptionally sucky at times.

I also Pre-Ordered the Red Floral Heidi when they made mention they *Rowena* would be the lucky shop selling it.
