I found the Malibu Tiki dress on the UK eBay, I don't own it, however I thought I would share it as so many people want one including myself.  I want one in XL if any body has one for sale :D

Note that as it's the UK eBay, you will have to copy and paste the item number in to your US eBay to be able to contact the seller. The seller doesn't offer shipping to the US but it doesn't hurt to ask!

The price is rather high though, starting at GBP 70 which is roughly USD 115 and shipping will probably land anywhere from $15-25.  I suppose the price does how reflect the rarity of this gorgeous dress!
