I'm looking for shoespiration to wear with PUG and vintage while freezing my tush off. We're having a really cold winter and most of my shoes (all but two) aren't going to cut it this year :(
Since I wear 7 pairs of my shoes on a pretty much steady rotation cutting down to two is going to be sad!

So, what do you wear with your dresses/vintage pants/etc. when it's cold?

Thanks dolls!

Haha, I'm planning to have at least one walk-in wardrobe in my 'dressing room' when we get our own house ;)

If I were willing to scrap my guest room I could do that , but the guest room remains because the boyfriend wants it ha

I see that Miss L fire has already been mentioned, I have been coveting boots from there for years.  I almost bought a pair the other day but I was interrupted and my budget was saved! lol you can always get some doc martens, they are stylish with everything as well as practical.  I mean, how cute are these http://www.dmusastore.com/p-5193-sadie.aspx and they have real tread on the bottom :)

I am moving next year (most likely) and we don't know where we will end up, if there will be snow or even cold winters so I can't justify purchasing boots right now or I would be getting a pair of the Miss L Fire Ava booties http://shop.misslfire.co.uk/shoes/product/Ava in either black or the green (I loooove the green but black is more practical) or those doc martens.

oh my god those are adorable. I should get a pair of Doc Martens actually but I don't know if I'll be able to wear them with the heel in the snow. Moving is exciting!! Everywhere has winter though, just not with snow and ice

I've got an old pair of brown suede shoes. Low heel, with wool on the inside. They are of some cheap brand, but they're fantastic in the winter. Warm and with marks under it so I won't slip and fall in the winter (I live in Norway), and they still manage to be cute!!

these sound warm and interesting but I have no idea what they look like!!

My go to winter boot are these Doc Martens: http://www.dmusastore.com/p-3822-1914-w.aspx. They do decently well in the snow and ice, which is good because from about November to March there's snow and ice on the ground here, and they're super comfy and keep your feet warm. Plus, I love the fact that you can wear them folded down so the floral lining is visible.

I love them but I can't wear them. I bought them as a Christmas present for one of my best friends two years ago and she wears them everywhere :)
