ME, that is me! Thanks for starting this Helen. And yes indeedy-do, we have got it going on.

I have got to start thinking about this a bit. But one thing I know for sure. MOISTURIZE! That is the number one thing to do to keep your skin healthy.

Another thing I know is feeling sexy is being sexy. We dolls with a little extra mileage have experience on our side. We know what we got. And since we are here at PUG Style, we know how to work what we got!

I might be the oldest person here on the board. But I also know that I am also somebody who is just having so much fun.

I may be back with more. But for now Helen Alice, thanks Doll!

This is almost me! I was born mid 60s to a short skirted mother. I agree with Aoife with moisturise but i would say to your hair as well as your skin. Exercise and eat as healthy as you can. There aren't short cuts any more. I say that at 34 I realised mosturiser was no longer optional, at 38 I realised the gym was no longer optional, at 43 I realised vegetables are no longer optional. As I approach 48 I am starting to realise a good nights sleep is becoming no longer optional. The outside is more and more a reflection on the inside.

Andrea, you are so spot on with all of your "not optionals" list. For some of the suggestions I was a little later than you and for others I was a bit earlier. But I guess that we start to realize that our lives are short and we have to do things in order to improve the quality of our lives and to help us do it with beauty.

Thanks Aoife. i must say each time I hit a non- optional it comes as a bit of a surprise. i am still in denial about the sleep one and haven't yet fully embraced it. Is there another one you have found that I am yet to stumble accross?

Skincare is just so important. Another skincare related tip is to minimize sun exposure. And to always use sunscreen. My moisturizer has a sunscreen factor and whenever I am going to be spending time outside I apply sunblock. And if I am going to be spending an extended period outside I usually try to wear a hat.
