Hi I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place or if its okay to post this kinda stuff, I haven't been on here much, but I need help. I recently lost a lot of weight and while my bra band size is now 34 and will probably end up a 32 in a few months, My cup size is now...F. They don't tend to make 32-34 F. I cannot get them in my town. The big girl stores don't carry below a 38 band and the regular stores are like whats an F cup? I go online and after DD sizing they start using all these different terms that confuse me to the point of giving up and using ductape. I could always get a victoria secret 34 DDD and squeeze in and hold my breath but thats really not ideal for comfort or look :( I was really hoping they'd go down with weight loss but it seems I'm naturally a F.

You can try Fredericks of Hollywood. Also, check out Fig Leaves. They carry many different brands and sizes. They are out of the UK but ship to the states and are very dependable and great to work with. Have you tried any of the higher end department stores (like Nordstrom's, Dillards, etc)? You may want to check out Le Mystere bras, Wacoal, Panache. These bras are very supportive and come in a lot of different styles. Also look into Bare Necessities. They are an on-line store and you can also order from them through Amazon.

Best of luck to you and congrats on the weight loss!

I have the same problem....i had some luck with ebay believe it or not...just look for "new" bras in whatever size you want and see what pops up...also fredricks of hollywood carries a HUGE variety of sizes....

you can order internationally through UK site Bravissimo, they do 28-40 backs and D-L cups. so definatly something for you there.

They use UK sizing obviously so you might be a different cup in their bras. so maybe a FF. I know lots of people find their sizing guide helpful so you could try watching that first before ordering.

If you don't mind putting your exact measurements on here I'd be happy to help you with sizing.

try breakoutbras.com :) I'm a 38GG and they have an amazing variety of sizes + free shipping and a return discount.

If you're in St John's, The Girls has a great selection albeit more expensive than online.  Curvy Kate and Panache are two of the cheaper brands they carry but still tend to run $80-100.  If you find something you like there but they don't have your size, their Curvy Kate are typically on brastop.com and Panache on Bravissimo.com  Both are in the UK and ship easily and quickly to Canada.  Even with shipping and the odd time I've had to pay customs,  they still come in under $50.

You know your size though now .. so you can order online .. which is what I did when they didn't have a strapless in my size -- 28f-ff.  There are ton of blogs that can help you .. http://fullerfigurefullerbust.com

to name a few. If you read through you can find good info on how to find the right shape/size for you based on your shape and size.

They go up to a LL cup. If you don't see your size, they will custom-make it. And the bras are pretty, comfy, but still affordable (all my bras have been 30-40 USD). Make sure you measure according to their size converter.

Hi!  I am a 42G and I also had some trouble finding places to get decent bras.  I found a UK site called brastop.com, and they have a chart that shows you what your UK size would be based on your US size (I'd be a 42F there, since they tend to be a cup size below us).  They carry as low as a 28 band size.  I had the same problem as you, I lost a lot of weight and my boobs stayed...basically the same.

If you're going to get a cup size below what you take, then make sure you increase the band size.  For example, rather than getting a 42G, I could get a 44F.  You decrease the cup size by increasing the band size.

Fredericks does a 34F.
I usually do my shopping at herroom.com. They are SO helpful when it comes to fitting!

Try Nordstroms lingerie dept.  They will fit you for free and they carry a huge stock of sizes...also if they don't have your size in a color that you like they can usually order it for you (no extra charge) and it only takes a few days to get it in.  It will also be a HUGE bonus to get fit properly.  I get a fitting once every year or so.  Good luck!

I love Panache bras, they have the best sports bra that doesn't look funny under regular clothing and a lot of pretty styles.  I am a 38g/h.  Once you get fitted into a size you like also try ebay, you can get plenty of new bras for $15-$40 from close-out retailers.

Most of the resources I could give you would be on here. But a word of advice when buying from her room, bare necessities, or figleaves, make sure you check to see if your buying in us or uk sizes. I made that mistake a few times, the us 34F cup size is equal to the uk 34E.

I can also recommend Journelle. http://www.journelle.com/womens-bras/all-bras?size_bra_group=11228. They are a little more expensive but absolutely gorgeous, something that can be hard to find in large cups (I'm a 34H).

If your looking for a more vintage style check out What Katie Did http://www.whatkatiedid.us.com/products/lingerie

I know this was posted a while ago but I hope that this can help a bit.
