The Christina Dress - The Dress for any Office

So often we see images of eloquent and powerful females in the office, yet many of us are not suit wearing girls. The answer is clear, we need more office wear.

Designer Laura Byrnes had this in mind when she drew up the Christina dress on one of her many sketch pads. Keeping the fabric, firm yet comfortable we choose a fan favorite and made the dress in Stretch Sateen, the same fabric used for the Vamp dress, and Birdie dresses.

The Christina Dress comes in 4 beautiful Fall colors; Purple Plum, Raven Black, Autumn Rust and Mermaid Teal. The Christina is not sold with the belt, however it will be available to purchase separately on the site.

This dress is so perfect for work, because it has a double kick pleat, for modesty and movement, along with back gussets for comfort and ease.

Much love, and gorgeous dress, but as a professional...  ARE YOU KIDDING ME?  I love your dresses, but that tight and that much cleavage, and no coworker, no matter their gender preference, will be paying attention to your work product.  Sigh.

Actually many people wear cami's under many of their clothing if their work allows no cleavage, however, I have never worked in an office that dictated if I was allowed to wear form fitting clothing, or fitted clothing. The dress is tailored to a woman's shape, just a like a man's suit is. I don't believe in such double standard BS to be honest. A woman should not have to hide her body so a "man" can get his work done. <3

Maybe an entertainment executive, yes.  As a lawyer?  Oh, it's a nice dream...  Seriously LOVELY dress.  Just wish I didn't have to get a cami (which ruins the lines).  My profession doesn't allow cigarette pants, either.  It's the title, not the dress, that bothers me.

Wish my body would allow a dress like that on me. Love the colors. Time to hit the gym and salads (no dressing)

Jackie-  You can wear what you LOVE!  You don't need a certain body type for this dress!  Have you noticed the range of PUG models in terms of shape and size?  I am a 2X  and 42 years old and I plan on the rocking the helllll out of this!

I don't think it is that low cut at all. The neckline is wide so that might make it appear lower but I think it is a fine dress for the office. I might pair it with a sheer neck scarf of the same color to be more covered. It would also look good under a blazer or sweater. Beautiful dress! It is powerful yet sexy.

K K - I totally agree with you!  No "corporate" woman would be able to wear this dress to work and still be respected at the end of the day.  Don't get me wrong it looks nice, but way too much cleavage for the office!

Also, not only do I think the material looks very cheap, but if I can see the models' stomachs, I can't imagine myself in the dress.  Sorry...
