Love For Leopard: An OFFICIAL Review :)
So some of you may remember my blog How Many Vamp Tops Could A Pin Up Need?? briefly raving about my love for the vamp top in general and mentioning the leopard print. Although, I realized that I never did an OFFICIAL review for this one on PUG's shopping site, OR on here either for that matter. So that's what I did earlier tonight and decided to share one on here as well :) Perhaps this will sway anyone still on the fence!
The vamp top is a much worn staple in my pinup collection, I have 5 so far (red/black dot, black, tiger, leopard and lavender) and don't usually go more than a few days at a time without wearing one. Actually it's probably more like every couple of days most of the time. How could I not?
The 1950's leopard print is just awesome, versatile just like all the other vamps :) I've worn this with my Dixiefried perfect pencil skirts in both black and burgundy. Hopfully I'll get to wear it at some point with the red Dixiefried skirt I've had my eye on and am currently waiting to be restocked (hint hint PUG). I've also worn it with jeans.
I did noticed that the print and colors on my top are placed a bit differently than the one shown in the photo on PUG's site. It seems there will be some variation, making each leopard vamp unique, which I think is really cool :) I LOVE that some of the lighter color is in the boobie area on mine! Draws the attention up and nicely accentuates the cleavage even more ;)
My measurements are..... Bust: 43" Waist: 37", and I ordered this in an extra large, my normal size for Deadly Dames tops :) It is a bit snug in the waist sometimes, but the 2X would have been way too big for me in the bust since I prefer to wear this particular top without a bra.
K......now go buy one!! lol :)

lookin good! I just ordered my first Vamp tops, the 15% off was the little motivation (justification) I needed. I am getting the mint, lavender, and peach. I'm so excited! I was having trouble deciding on the size, since my measurements are a little all over the place. So hopefully they fit. I have the Vamp tiger print dress and I can't wait until it gets warm enough to wear it. The Vamps are like Pokemon...gotta catch em all ;)

Does it really offer enough support for busty gals to go braless? I'm a 36.5 in the bust myself so I think I'll go with a medium when I do buy one.
My plan is to pick up the Baby Blue when PUG restocks the Audrey Skirt in Navy. I think they'd make an awesome pair :)

@Tahitia..Thank you ;) Well I wear a 38D bra in Smart & Sexy brand which tends to run a bit small, so I'd say I'd be somewhere around a large C or small D maybe?? I have enough support for regular daily wear. I don't exercise in them or anything like that. lol I have worn them with strapless bras, but sometimes they (or at least the ones I had) would get uncomfortable. I'd say the support in the vamp tops bust is best the first time after washing it. If you wear it twice or so before cleaning, the cotton satin does loosen up some therefore not always giving the same amount of support as the time before. Hope that helps. Also, yes that blue vamp would look cute with the navy skirt :) I've thought about getting the blue vamp as well, but this year I'm working more on getting into new colors/prints/ect. I haven't tried before :)

CONFESSION: I have yet to own a vamp top. I knowwww, I knowwww!! LOL! I was worried about the measurements..but at this point, I realize that XL is pretty much the way to go, b/c the 2X would be too large in the bust for my small one. lol....So...I think it's time. ;o)

I don't knowwwwwwwwww...lol! I think that if I choose one, and then get it from Mr. FedEx Man, I will instantly be like a rabid dog, clicking on PUG's main site to order the rest of them. LOL! Maybe the red with black polka dot one!!! that one is super cute, as are all of them. Thus, my dilemma.
