Hubby and I set out to have our Christmas card photos taken today - luckily it was an usually balmy 50 degrees in Minneapolis, MN.  My dear friend Julie is an amazing photographer and agreed to follow us around town for our shoot.  I knew right away my dress would be PUG's Birdie in blue.   I don't have all 50 pictures Julie edited yet but wanted to give you a preview of a few she did.

Here we are in front of a Minneapolis landmark - the Purcell Cutts house.

We also went over to a super vintage supper club in NE Minneapolis.  I knew they had a little courtyard for outdoor summer seating - well they happened to have it decked out for the holidays.  I asked the hostess if we could take some photos out there and she said "Of course!"  So she snuck us through the kitchen and outside.  She even lit the outdoor fireplace for us.  The vintage Santa and reindeer were pretty awesome.  My darling husband pointed out that it looks like Santa is checking out my ass in this pic, haha!

If anyone is looking for a holiday dress I would recommend Birdie - the rich blue fabric and shawl collar really make it a stand out dress.   Cheers!

Really really beautiful!  Every part of the Birdie drapes so perfectly.  Are you wearing a petticoat?

Thank you girls. Yes, Natalie I had a crinoline under it.  It's such a fabulous dress.

Thank you Laura! The only thing holding me back from using that photo currently is the fact that the shadow is making it look like I have illusion netting on my neck lol.

Ok now Laura's comment is gone. I swear I am not talking to myself haha.
