- Hello, My name is Ahkara Ya. I have always loved rock and roll in the 50's. The women are gorgeous. I have never had the any confidence in my self. One of my 1st role models was Bettie Page & Doris Day. She push me to be well "me". For the 1st time I am confident in the way I look. The beauty from the inside finally matched the outside. Some people thought I dress like an old woman when ever I try on clothe at the mall, I end up putting them down because of the negative comments I would get. Now I embrace it! I love the old school feel. This is a time where style and class where at the top of everyone's list. I am happy to say the search for finding myself has begun. =]

I love doing my nails. Seeing your art right on the tips of your fingers is amazing. They make me feel glamours. My love for nails stared when I was 3.
