DD cigarette pants

Can anyone tell me if the cig pants in twill stretch much. Also, do they loosen over a day of wear and do they shrink much after a wash? I bought the black twill ones and they're a bit snug in the waist but perfect everywhere else. If they stay as they are or loosen a tad I'd keep em, but if they shrink much, I'm afraid ill have to return em. Thanks

HiCan anyone tell me if the cig pants in twill stretch much. Also, do they loosen over a day of wear and do they shrink much after a wash?
