Birdie Dress Blue (M)
My Birdie in Medium is a bit too big for me now. Its an easy alteration though I think. A size small belt helps for now.

Thank you Thank you ladies! I have always loved cobalt blue so when I saw this I had to have it. The color and fabric is even more amazing in person if you can believe it.
