The site says there's not much stretch to this dress. Did you take your normal size, or would you advise others to size up?

Thank you :) To be honest the side panels are quite stretchy and the bust area was quite roomy, I would go with your actual measurements. I am on the boarder of xs-s which sometimes makes it difficult to choose my size I would rather have room then none at all. Hope that helps
