I am having an all vegan wedding in less than a month, and my menu is still not finalized. I need inspiration for something classy, but not scary vegan (I don't want people to see tofu on the menu and freak out). The chef at my venue cannot make vegan pasta, but other than that, I think she can do whatever.

I have a few ideas, but really unsure. Do you ladies have any suggestions? Anything from hors d'oeuvres to appetizers to entrees.

Hey ladies, does anyone out there juice ? I really want to start juicing but I'm having a hard time deciding on a good juicer. I'm looking for some thing that can handle lots of Kale and others dark leafy greens. Seems like alot of them are good at everything but that. Anyone have any recommendation ? Thnaks :)
