DD Cigarette pants in black twill denim

Hi
Can anyone tell me if the cig pants in twill stretch much. Also, do they loosen over a day of wear and do they shrink much after a wash? I bought the black twill ones and they're a bit snug in the waist but perfect everywhere else. If they stay as they are or loosen a tad I'd keep em, but if they shrink much, I'm afraid ill have to return em. Thanks

For me I found the butt and stomach loosen but the thighs do not.
I have to move the button on the waist as we speak.
I own the Large and am 30 waist - 42 hips (on a good day lol) I do have a hard time sitting in them though. Just dont seem to be right on me.
