Yes there is a belt. I used the measurements off of the pug site when I bought them but I can get you measurements tomorrow. They are a lot stretchier than I imagined I was hesitant on buying them bc I was on the end of the spectrum and could have possibly taken a large but these fit when I got them and seem to be able to accommodate varying sizes

Okay....these are measurements taken to the best of my ability straight across and unstretched

Waist : about 13.5"
Hips : about 17"
Inseam : about 18"
Front rise : about 13"
Back rise: about 15.5-16"
Thigh straight across : almost 10"

Like I said these are very stretchy. I have 28.5" waist and 39" hip and the fullest part of my thigh is about 23" and they fit me.

Laurel, Yes I will take a few and send them to you. You may also want to search through fan photos and take those into consideration as well. My lighting will probably be different than yours and it may show differently on the screen but I will do my best :)
