The sister company to the brick & mortar store Rowena in the popular Whyte avenue shopping district in Edmonton, AB Canada.

I just got mine in the mail from Retro Glam (Rowena) last night, and am wearing it to work today - to die for!! They were great to work with, as well - I picked up the Heidi in mint and royal blue, too, since PUGC.com had already run out of those colors in my size.
