I have been looking at some of these deep exfoliation mittens like the Baiden Mitten and was wondering if any of you have tried it out (or something similar). I am nervous about ordering it cause i've always thought that to scrub the skin that hard would damage it.

Thanks

Holy cow, I bought one and have been using it for 4 weeks. I love it. Love it. Love it.

For any gals with body acne, like on your chest, back and arms I use Panoxyl, you can get it at Walgreens in a bar or liquid, it works great! Have never used on my face but it says you can, if you get acne

My friend with face acne uses the acne face wash from Melaleuca and she says her face is flawless now! You can email me if you want more info on Melaleuca products

I actually find it more effective than dry brushing. Since I only use the mitten once a week, I will occasionally dry brush if I want to have another go at exfoliation, but Baiden has totally won me over. I've found I can use it on my face, and it has solved my perpetually dry, flaky skin around my mouth that I am afflicted with in winter months. Of course you have to be more gentle/careful with your face.

Seriously, I'm going to have to start documenting the changes. It rules. It totally helped with the texture of some stretch marks I have lingering all over, too.

I dry brush my body (with a natural bristle body brush) before bathing. Then coconut oil as a moisturizer afterwards. It's done wonders for my skin. The ingrown hairs and bumps I used to deal with on the backs of my arm and legs have disappeared completely. My skin is soft and just looks healthier then before I started.
