who actually makes their vintage clothing? I am saving up for a sewing machine so I can make these babies.

I don't know how to make my own pinup clothing yet (I'm hoping to learn), but a friend of mine did make me a vintage swimsuit a couple of years ago and she's working on a pair of high waisted bikini shorts for me right now :)

I have this one...it's a pattern to make circle skirts. I am in the process of making one right now with a black satin like material. I have always loved to sew. I've been a crafty person since I can remember. From sewing, crocheting, creating, art, drawing, you name it...I like to create it. I REALLY want a sewing machine myself. I always used to use my mom's sewing machine to make things. But, I have been doing things by hand for a while now.  I remember my first project was to make a pair of cotton shorts for home-ec class in middle school. I was so proud of them, and I wore them all the time around the house.  That led to various other pairs of shorts, pillows, purses. I couldn't make enough of them. The second project that I made was my name in pillows. I remember I would be sewing up the J as fast as I could and would be eager to stuff it with the pillow stuffing so I could get to the E and the rest of the letters of my name. HAHA!
