My local mall is having this modeling event where the public can audition and participate. I need to take in a head-shot & a body-shot. They don't have to be professional or photo-shopped,  just something to take in. I was just wondering what you gals think of these?

the body shot was great - full appearance, minimal background distraction, and your suit drew interest to the subject (you). the head shot i'm guessing you wanted to be creative with (which is cool) but it is a bit blurry and it's not going to give them enough info to make an accurate decision (especially since part of your head is cut off). i would re-take/re-think that one shot. good luck (and this is only MY two cents...)!!!

I totally agree with Double O Jenn, body shot great, the head shot should be of your face, fully in focus and in the whole picture. They want to see your features fully and get an idea of colouring, see your eyes, hair properly etc. Kind of treat it like a passport photo, they want to see you properly...but you can smile! :)
