A fun part of the pinup girl style of coarse are the clothes, but also the hair! It’s definitely the cherry on top of the cake of pulling the whole look together. Though I had not seen my natural hair texture in vintage photos from the 1940s and 50s, I am still given ideas of what to create from the photos that I have seen. My hair is mid-length, but I have fun with hairpieces and wigs, to change the texture and length for creating different styles.
In your reply, I would like to see pictures of vintage hairstyles for every hair length: short, medium, and long. It can be close ups of you, your friends, or favorite photos of individuals rockin’ vintage hair styles. Try to group the same hair lengths together per reply. Thanks!

They look great!
Love it, looks great!
They look better than mine did! And your bangs look great!!!
Thank you ladies, I'm about 2 months overdue for a hair coloring LOL and I keep my bangs trimmed myself, the victory rolls have been a challenge for me because I'm very fussy, if they don't look like they match almost perfectly then I get frustrated and start all over!
this is the victory rolls after being wet set in foam rollers (need larger rollers these are a bit too tight) .. little fuzzy but will suffice for the humidity around here today! My daughter snapped this picture a little unexpectedly so I never got to adjust my bangs and at least do a halfways decent smile LOL
I really love pin curls, and it's about the only way my very fine hair will keep a set at all!
