Meeting Up at Viva Las Vegas and What to Do Where We're There

Hey everyone! It's me Tahitia and I wanted to talk to you all about... drum roll please... VIVA LAS VEGAS!! :) As I've mentioned before, after a long year of saving up and sacrifice my hubby and I are going to be able to make it down to our very first Viva this year, and we really want to make the most out of it!

First, I was wondering exactly who here on Pinup Style thinks that they're going to be able to make it down this year?

Second, assuming that we're able to meet up of course, we'll have all the Viva events themselves to take up most of our time, but I was wondering if from the experience of people who've been there if people usually in groups or just couples end up heading to strip to see the big casino's for a few hours, go catch a show or just take a walk to be seen in our awesome PUG? Or will there literally be so many awesome things to do that we never leave Viva itself?

Third and last, I wanted to mention the idea of organizing some sort of big group photoshoot, even if it's only for one or two pictures. I saw on Viola Von Kitten's Traveling thread someone had mentioned that photographers set up specials for shoots, and I can't think of any better keepsake for the trip than to have a picture taken of all the ladies who could make it out.

So if you're interested let me know if you want to meet up come Viva and have some PUG fun while we're there together ;)

Well, I'm going with my husband as well. But we should all definitely meet up. It is afterall one the biggest reasons I'm going. You girls have been amazing to meet here on Pinup Girl Style. Thinking we should maybe PM each other on how to communicate/call each other once we are in Vegas. :)

Ahhh! so yesterday arv, my guy says to me 'what exactly are our plans for the trip' I tell him and then not only does he now decide that we should leave vegas on the sunday (when Viva is still going) but he also declares that we will only be going the Saturday! Poo to him I say. I'm def going Thursday morn at 9am to get my wrist band. so if anyone else wants to meet then that works for me (i'm getting married later that day tho)

You're getting married on VIVA weekend? Oh my God congratulations!

We'll be landing in Vegas early Thursday ourselves. :)

Here's a question from a gal who's never been to a vintage car show before. When it comes to the pictures and videos of girls posing with classic cars at car shows like the one at Viva, are these usually the girls who own/came with the person who own the car itself?

Or are these women usually just car admirers/car show fans who the owners let pose next to their car (as long as they ask permission before hand I assume)?

I haven't been to Viva but I've been to other car shows and people usually let you take pictures in front of their cars as long as you don't overdo it by trying to get inside or climb on top or anything, haha. We should meet up at the PUG booth at a specific time for a group picture! And maybe in front of a couple of cars too! That would be so cool!!

Natalie I love your idea. The PUG booth is a perfect spot to meet up! We definitely should do group shots! Now we just have to find a time that works for everyone and we'll be set. :)

Pretty much everyone will be taking pictures in front of every car.  Now sitting in or touching the car is different and then you need to ask permission.  I havent been to Viva in 10 years but you will only see the owners of the car every once in awhile.

Going, this year will be my first and hubby is with me, I live close to Vegas and I'm there quite often but VLV will be my first.

Can't wait to see so many lovely ladies:)
