I too had the exact same problem as you, filling in my brows and then having to deal with them rubbing off. I swear I tried dozens of different products and the ONLY one that works is MAC. I use the self-sharpening eyebrow pencil (the colour is Spiked) then the MAC angled brush #256 to trace over the penciled line with a MAC eyeshadow (Night Manoeuvers). You do need to use…</p>
