Hi!
Does anyone have any suggestions for keeping your blouses, sweaters and shirts from riding up, underneath a pencil skirt? I have been having trouble with this....ideas?
Thanks!
Bonnie

I have also heard of people using double sided tape, but I have never tried that and don't see how that would be very comfortable after a while but hey, anything is worth a shot;)!

I'll definitely be going the "nanna undies" route like Ashima and Jill suggested the next time I use the blouse/sweater/shirt tucked into the pencil skirt combination too:)
Permalink Reply by My Svensk on December 18, 2012 at 8:04am I would love if blouses came in leotard-model. Then they would finally be comfy under high pants and skirts...
Permalink Reply by Brandy Cross on December 18, 2012 at 10:36am You know I actually usually wear leotard/bodysuit styles with these, it's more comfortable, no bunching under the skirt, and of course no riding up!

It is SO handy and has been making me wish ALL my shirts had that nifty little crotch snap! :) So much so that last night I found myself brainstorming on how I could somehow add/fashion something to my PUG shirts to keep them from riding up without ruining the shirt! Maybe sew some snaps into the front and back of the shirt at the bottom, then get a piece of lace or something like on the VS shirt to snap into place to keep them tucked in? I don't know, but I feel ya, ladies. All my shape wear that works really well comes up really high (yay! no bulges!) so I don't know that tucking the shirt into them is an option. I guess granny-panties do make sense. :) I love this forum! :)
Permalink Reply by Jennifer McKeever on March 25, 2013 at 7:36pm I agree with the other gals, high waisted undies and tuck your shirt into your undies before putting on your skirt, yeah its not that attractive but it works for me!
Permalink Reply by Paperdoll on March 26, 2013 at 1:29am Crotch stays (whichi is pretty much what your describing) ia a nifty little couture trick! Look it up on google and Im sure you could find some tips. X
Permalink Reply by Tahitia Belle Fille on April 3, 2013 at 11:49pm I'm hitting google right now to find them, thanks paperdoll :)
Permalink Reply by Paperdoll on April 4, 2013 at 12:20am I read something ages ago about an interview with Honor Blackman, she said a seamstress alters all her blouses and adds a 'body' to stop then from riding up. X

Don't you just love it when you find out about practical useful little inventions that you'd never heard of before? :)
